# Knowledge store items

> Create, manage, and retrieve knowledge store items.

Use these endpoints to create, list, retrieve, and delete the items inside a knowledge store. Use the item-metadata endpoints to update or replace the `item_metadata` of an item. Use the item tag endpoints to tag moments and ranges of a video item.
