# Manage your plan

> Manage your TwelveLabs plan.

TwelveLabs is moving plans to the new billing in phases. Legacy billing applies to your plan until it moves. The first part of this page describes legacy billing. The last part describes the new billing. For the dates, see [Migrate to the new billing](/v1.3/agents/get-started/plans-and-billing/migrate-to-new-billing). For the new billing, see [Plans, allowances, and overage](/v1.3/agents/get-started/plans-and-billing/plans-allowances-and-overage).

Until your plan moves, you can still change plans and cancel a plan or subscription. For the full list, see [What you can do before your plan moves](/v1.3/agents/get-started/plans-and-billing/migrate-to-new-billing#what-you-can-do-before-your-plan-moves).

In legacy billing, TwelveLabs offers three plans: Free, Developer, and Enterprise. After you sign up, you start on the Free plan. Each plan has different pricing and rate limits. For details, see the [Pricing](https://twelvelabs.io/pricing) and [Rate limits](/v1.3/agents/get-started/plans-and-billing/rate-limits) pages. If your needs exceed your current plan, consider upgrading.
